RogersGems requires information from customers in order to process orders. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

RogersGems takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (e.g. credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software that is standard in the industry.

RogersGems does not collect information on any person under 13 years. We ask that children not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian. If a child submits information to us through any part of our Web site, and we know that the person submitting the information is a child, we will not use it for any purpose. We will delete the information as soon as we discover it and we will not disclose it to third parties.
