Digital Images

In our business, color is important. We do our best to ensure our digital images display an accurate rendition of each piece. However, due to factors beyond our control (such as individual monitor differences and calibration), actual colors may vary from what you see on your monitor.

Payment Methods/Security

Credit card payment is the only form of payment accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We use secure server software (SSL) to ensure secure commerce transactions. All of your personal information is encrypted, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels across the Internet. Any applicable taxes relating to your order will be charged to your card accordingly.

Reservation and exceptions

RogersGems reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on this Website at any time without prior notice. RogersGems attempts to post accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur. Any such errors in product specification, description and pricing will be corrected when discovered. RogersGems reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been submitted, RogersGems will inform you of the error at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option.

Product Availability

Once RogersGems accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventory. Should an item not be available, we kindly ask you to try back again.

Shipping Methods

Purchased jewelry is normally shipped by U.S. Postal Service registered mail, insured, unless you specify otherwise. Other shipping methods include: - United Parcel Service (UPS) - Federal Express (FedEx) Note: UPS and FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Policies

Upon receipt of funds, it may take RogersGems up to 5 business days to ship your order. During peak season, your order may take longer to ship.

Shipping to Guam and Puerto Rico

Orders will be shipped via USPS priority service or FedEx International Economy. (International rates will apply)

Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your order online once it has shipped. A tracking number will be e-mailed once shipment is completed, and you will be able to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information notice to be e-mailed.

Prices

All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars for deliveries within the USA. Any possible import fees or taxes imposed in countries outside the USA will be the customer’s responsibility. Upon delivery, you will need to settle any associated costs (e.g. Customs duties) incurred in this process directly with FedEx or UPS. Custom duty incurred is paid in advance by FEDEX / UPS and need to be settled by the customer prior to delivery of goods. Please contact us if you need further information on the import regulations for your country of residence.

Receipts

You will receive a receipt together with your goods, which you should file carefully. You will need the document in case of a return, for your insurance, or in case of theft or damage.

Returns and Exchanges

Goods may be returned in mint condition and in the original packaging. All returns must be made within two weeks following your receipt of the ordered products and must include Order number. All returns must be made only by insured registered post and sent to the following address:

Return postage and insurance will be paid by you. We do not accept returns for special orders or items custom made to specification. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned good, we will refund you the purchase price of the good, less your original shipping and handling costs (including insurance) within 14 days from receipt of the returned product. Gem Enhancement

With the growing world population, demand for precious stones is greater than ever. In order to meet that demand, while at the same time keep prices within reason, most gemstones today are subject to enhancement processes to improve their quality. These range from simple, low-temperature heat enhancements (virtually all tanzanites are subjected to this), to more complex processes.
